Elite Open School education is available onsite at our Learning Resource Centers.

Elite Open School is part of the Elite Education Group family of education services and schools. More commonly known as Elite Prep, our sister organization has been the industry founder and leader with a focus on college preparation since 1987. 

Our Learning Resource Centers (LRCs) include physical Elite Prep campuses where students are able to take advantage of not only the space and mentorship, but also 30+ years of experience in academic planning, strengths finding, college admissions counseling and test preparation.

Students who choose to attend our Elite Campus locations benefit greatly from custom opportunities and experiences available only at these locations. From the college preparatory services to the extracurricular certified programs to the professional-grade admissions consulting, our network of Elite Campus teams uniquely bring to bear even more services for our students.

Below are some of those expanded teams assigned to each student and services unique to Elite Campus. To provide the most in-depth support and bolster our students’ middle school and high school experience, our Elite Campus teams include the following:

• Head Academic Coaches

  • Integral to each student's success, the primary mentor figure through a student’s academic year is the Academic Coach. Graduates of top colleges, our Head Academic Coaches are selected not only for their academic strengths but also their interpersonal and team leadership skills to bring out the best in students. Our Academic Coaches focus on motivating and developing students’ personal growth. The pride of our learning model, Academic Coaches are the lynchpin in our constellation of education assets contributing to each student’s school experience.  

• Additional Subject Matter Specialists

  • As students progress in their coursework, especially at the advanced high school levels, there will be a need for more efficient and effective academic attention, secondary mini-lectures, and individualized support for math, science, and computer science. For these courses, we draw upon the historic experience and certified instructor network of Elite Education Group. Bringing in those subject matter experts according to each student’s need and course is one of our core principles. Both students and family should never wonder or doubt if there will be appropriate support that “really knows” and can help. This ultimate level of built-in support is what ensures that not only do our students master every course they take but also get As for an unparalleled transcript. 

• Mentoring Team

  • As another measure of assistance, students will receive the support and attention of our Mentoring Team. Devoted to each individual student’s growth and academic potential, Mentors regularly check in with students daily, weekly, and monthly - all the while sending research and experiential opportunities to the counselors and coaches to execute the academic master plans. 

• College Counselors

  • Perhaps one of the greatest assets to students are the college counselors that draw from the training, knowledge, best practices, and latest insights of the College Consulting division of Elite Prep. Professional counselors who have assisted thousands of families to matriculate to the Top 50 Schools, Ivy Leagues, and competitive programs meet with students and families regularly. Students have exclusive access to seminars and workshops, as our counselors oversee all action plans and guide the final steps of a multi-year college application process.

• Parent Updates

  • Through the wisdom learned from the operations of our sister organization Elite Prep, EOS believes that the parent’s support is tantamount to the success of the student. Therefore, much importance is placed on reporting and updates to parents - written, verbal, and in-person. Working with parents who are the child’s greatest support outside of school, we set a custom modus operandi of communication, relaying information and analysis to make decisions that are customized to and best for each student. Parents, though varied in their ideal modes and frequencies of communication, are an integral partner who can make the best decisions on the home front aligned to each student’s needs and goals.

1. Counseling Services

   • Students’ college plans and application strategy will be built over time, taking into account summer programs, major explorations and college selection. During the final stage of applications, students have professional assistance at their disposal. From finalizing the application essays, school list, all the way to final school selection and matriculation support, our students have the full range of Elite Prep’s expertise. 

2. Test Preparation

   • EOS students will be able to leverage the vast resources and services available through Elite Prep for all standardized tests required for college entry. No matter what priority standardized testing takes in the future of college admissions, there will always be support.

1. Additional Elite Prep Assessment

   • With Elite Prep’s arsenal of diagnostic testing, students can benchmark and accurately track their progress in a wide range of academic subjects, standardized tests, and even explore their future college majors and programs through personality testing and career interest surveys. 

2. LEAD Program | Extracurriculars

   • Each of our Elite Prep partners supplement the high school experience with guided extracurricular experiences. From exploring the Fundamentals of Investing to developing a college-level Research Proposal and entering collaborative Screenwriting contests guided by an Emmy award winning writer, each student has the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of extracurricular activities as well as prove their interests and competency with certifications and a ready portfolio to add to their resumes.

3. Resume Building Courses

   • For competitive schools and impacted college majors, students at EOS explore potential majors and careers early and then prove their passion with accredited, UC approved courses in the biomedical sciences, business and economics, coding, and more. Students at our Elite Prep LRCs who build their resumes early are not only able to qualify for internship and paid work opportunities but also be a memorable applicant to competitive summer research programs.
