Transcripts

Elite Open School has partnered with Parchment to view, order and send student transcripts securely, both digitally and physically. Fees for transcripts requests vary based on what type and quantity of transcripts are ordered, as well as by the means in which they are delivered.

Read the following instructions or download the step-by-step instructions (here), then click on "Order Transcripts" below to get started.

STEP 1:

Click on the "Order Transcripts" button and create an account with Parchment!

  • New User Account:

    • Select "I do not have a registration code (provided by my school)" and fill out information

  • Existing User Account:

    • Login to the student’s existing account and fill out the information and press "Consent & Request"

STEP 2:

Review the unofficial transcript (for more information on updating see "Unofficial Transcripts" below)

STEP 3:

Request transcripts, pay the fees, check the tracking information (on the student’s account) and the student is all set!

 

UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

There is no fee required for obtaining an unofficial transcript. When students create an account, a request for their unofficial transcript will automatically be sent to Elite Open School Registrar via Parchment. If the student has already taken a course with us, their transcript should show up within 2 days on their Parchment dashboard.

Students also have live access to their unofficial transcripts via the SIS. It will be the most up to date version of the transcript. If students are unable to access or log into their SIS accounts, they must contact their mentor for further assistance.

If the transcript showing on the student’s account is outdated or contains incorrect information:

Parchment:

  1. Go to the unofficial transcript (Click on image)

  2. At the bottom of the image pop-up, the student will see the "Last Updated" date, "Send," and "Update."
    Press "Update" ONCE and registrar will update the transcript within 2 business days. Students should make sure to check the last updated date and the content BEFORE sending/requesting an official transcript.

Note: There will be no notice telling students that the request went through after pressing “Update". Students must wait 2 days before pressing it again or notify their mentor.

Student Information System:

If you see that the unofficial transcript is incorrect on the SIS, please contact your mentor or submit a ticket to our Support team and they will make the changes within 24 hours.

 

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

Parchment makes it faster and easier to order official transcripts. If the student needs to physically mail a transcript to their school or if they would like it to be sent virtually, both are options now! All the student needs to do is order the transcripts, pay the fees, and keep an eye on the tracking information (on their account). 

HOW TO ORDER:

  1. Make sure the transcript is up-to-date (Update if it is not, see above)

  2. Click on "Send" at the bottom of the unofficial transcript (next to "Update") if the transcript is good to go.

  3. Select school the student would like to send their transcript to. If the school is not listed:

    • Input the school or recipient's information and have it physically mailed to the address

    • Input the school or recipient's email address and have it digitally sent (IF allowed).

      • Note for High School: If the high school is not listed, please ask the student’s counselor if the student can have the official transcript sent digitally to their email address.

  4. Add more schools

  5. Pay Fees (listed below)

  6. Keep track of transcripts (under the "ORDER" tab on the parchment account)

FEES:

Electronic/Digital transcript: $3.95 per transcript

Paper/Mailed transcript: $6.45 per transcript ($3.95 transcript fee + $2.50 shipping fee)

Expedited Shipping (paper only): $28.95 per transcript ($3.75 transcript fee + $25 shipping fee)

Parchment charges PER transcript ordered so make sure the student has the correct information for their recipients.

If students are just interested in knowing their final grade, they can find all course information on the SIS (Student Information System).


Diploma

Students who complete all graduation requirements and complete a minimum of eight units (2 semesters) at EOS will receive a high school diploma.

Parchment makes it faster and easier to order digital and physical diplomas. All the student needs to do is order the diploma, pay the fees, and keep an eye on the tracking information (on their account). 

If attending a Learning Resource Center, the center may provide the student with a physical diploma during the graduation ceremony. Students can order a digital version or secondary copy on Parchment if needed.

HOW TO ORDER:

  1. Login to Parchment account

  2. Select Diploma under the Credentials page

  3. Choose who to send the credential to (typically, it would be to the student or parent)

  4. Verify delivery destination — Digital (via email) or Physical (via postal mail)

  5. Pay Fees

FEES:

Electronic/Digital diploma: $4.40 per diploma

Paper/Mailed diploma: $7.15 per diploma ($4.40 diploma fee + $2.75 shipping)

Expedited Shipping (paper only)*:

  • Domestic: $36.65 per diploma ($4.40 diploma fee + $32.25 shipping)

  • International (South Korea): $62.65 per diploma ($4.40 diploma fee+ $58.25 shipping)
